Live-Cell Imaging
A PeCon stage incubator with temperature, CO2 and humidity control, is available to accommodate live cell imaging. Available components include:
- Heating Insert P
- Incubator S
- CTI-Controller
- Tempcontrol 37-2 digital
- Humidifier System
- Objective Lens Heater
- Tempcontrol mini for objective lens heater
- POCmini cell cultivation system
Stage heaters are also available for the multi-photon laser scanning microscope and the atomic force/scanning probe microscope.
A Forma CO2 water-jacketed incubator is also on site to house cultures prior to live-cell imaging.
